Step-by-Step Process

Our full life cycle searches encompass the following steps:

  1. The Ready4Hire Account Manager assigned to manage your searches constructs a detailed search game plan.

  2. A team of recruiters (# of recruiters depends on volume of hires necessary at any given time, but is normally not less than 2) is assigned to carry out search plan and compile a target candidate pool from multiple sources.

  3. Our professional recruiters contact tens, even hundreds of targeted, potential candidates on your behalf. At the point of contact, our detailed screening process begins.

  4. Ready4Hire's complete screening process typically yields more information than is garnered in our client's first phone interviews. Each candidate is taken by us through the following steps:

    1. We describe your company and the opportunity in a positive light, giving a great deal of information so that the candidate has enough data to know whether or not he/she wants to move forward.

    2. Our recruiter asks a series of questions of the applicant designed to assess temperament, communication skills, reasons for career progression up to this point, motivations and objectives in addition to a host of specific skills/experience questions designed to ascertain whether they fit the parameters of your specific job requirements.

    3. After determining that a particular candidate is appropriate to pursue for your role, that applicant must complete a detailed questionnaire designed to provide us the equivalent of a first phone interview's worth of data. Only upon review of the candidate's own responses to the questionnaire, the notes and results of our in depth phone interview with them, and a thorough review of their resume, do we determine whether or not to submit a particular candidate to you. And when we do submit a candidate, you receive not only the resume, but the candidate's answers to the questionnaire and our notes and evaluation report too.     4. Ready4Hire works within your interviewer's schedule and the candidate's availability to schedule and confirm initial phone or on-site interviews with you. We provide all of the scheduling information to you at time of submittal so that there is little to no need to spend valuable time going back and forth setting up interviews. We do the legwork for you. Further Ready4Hire recruiters make sure that the candidate is re-confirmed, fully prepped, given directions, etc. prior to your meeting.
